New to yoga
Congratulations! You are about to embark on an amazing journey! When practiced regularly, yoga is known to positively transform our life and our identity. Even the most advanced teacher, even Buddha, has started with the first lesson.
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the first class to fill a new member consent form.
Wear comfortable clothes - no need of sock and shoes.
Avoid eating a heavy meal an hour before the class.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one (or you could borrow one at the studio), and a water bottle (if you want).
Let the teacher know before the class if you have a minor injury. If you have a serious injury, if you are pregnant, or you have a serious health issue, consult your physician before you start practicing yoga. Always listen to your body when practicing yoga.
