In-person yoga classes
Online AYP RETREAT,  Saturday January 8th 2022   10 am - 12 (noon) and 4 -6:30 pm ET (New York Time)
JALANDHARA BANDHA, UDDIYANA BANDHA, AND MULABANDHA: Creating the Caldron of Transformation
If we practiced yoga together in person, you should have received an email with the link to the  Wednesday class.
Please email me if you want the link to the online class or the retreat.
10 - 11:30 am :  60 minutes asanas, simple breathing exercises, & relaxation + 20 minutes deep meditation, q & a


  • Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • No previous experience needed.
  • The advanced yoga practices are inclusive, and include variations for beginners to advanced practitioners.
