55 minutes asanas, simple breathing exercises & relaxation + 15 minutes deep meditation, q & a (we will gradually increase the meditation time to 20 minutes per session).

  • Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat (there are some extra mats if you need one).
  • No previous experience needed - the practice is suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners.
  • Instructions for deep meditation (mantra meditation) are provided. 
  • If you have an established meditation practice, please continue with it.
  • Offered by donation, with funds used to pay for the space.
